Winfield Tuttle, CEO

Winfield Tuttle has over 30 years of experience in the Substance Use Recovery and Addiction fields. His background includes an MA in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, California, working in several multi-disciplinary treatment settings, including Betty Ford (Hazelton), and authoring the book Rocketed: 12 Steps & Beyond, which focuses on the topic of self-actualization, spirituality, and higher purpose. Winfield continues to grow his passion for helping people recover from their addictive lifestyles under the umbrella of Addiction Services Housing Authority (ASHA) and through ongoing writing projects.

Winfield Tuttle and the ASHA support staff have working relationships with Treatment Centers, Homeless Advocates, Government Agencies, and Sober Living Environments, which allow us to be literally in the streets to support people to build a new life.
